The game hasn’t been announced yet, but what we can say is that it’s a tactical turn based 1v1 video game set in a vibrant futuristic universe, that offers meaningful strategic choices. It features heroes fighting for fame, just like gladiators before them, and can be summed up as Overwatch meets X-COM in a unique turn based indie game! 

Many things! We’re constantly making iterations to the game and we want to know what happens when real players actually get to play it. Each playtest will focus on different aspects of the game (tutorial, game mechanics, difficulty, etc.) and we will encourage you to give honest feedback as it’s what will help us ship a polished final product. If you’re having the time of your life, we want to know. If you think it’s a terribly boring experience, we also want to know. At the end of the playtest, we will ask you to fill out a survey to share your thoughts.

If you fit the profile for an upcoming playtest, we’ll contact you by email with a few additional questions, and ask you to sign an NDA. You’ll then be added to our Discord with an exclusive role and will have access to channels dedicated to playtesters.  

Different reasons may explain why you haven’t heard back from us yet: we may have enough people to complete the playtest we’re currently working on, or we may have too many people with the same gamer profile. But don’t worry, we’ll be conducting many playtests, so opportunities to participate are ongoing – keep an eye on your inbox!  

Everything we show to playtesters is still under development and under strict confidentiality rules to avoid any leaks. It’s important to us to protect our work and make sure we have control over when and how we’re going to share our game to the world.  

It will depend on the playtest and on your location. Some tests will be conducted at the studio, some others remotely. If you don’t live in Montreal, no worries, you can still sign up and you will be contacted for our remote playtests. If you don’t live in Canada or the US, it’s okay too, just keep in mind that playtests will be conducted on Montreal time zone.

No, all gamers are welcome! Whether you’re a casual or a hardcore gamer, experienced with tactical games or not, it doesn’t matter. We want to test the game, not the playtesters, and all profiles are valuable to us. 

The data we collect will help us segment and analyze players’ habits. The data will be stored on our servers in Montreal, Canada, and will not be shared with third parties. The data will be stored until the game is released. The kind of personal information collected includes full name, age, gender, country, Discord handle and e-mail address. Prior to submitting the sign-up form, you will be asked to consent to grant us access to this personal information.  

No. The game hasn’t been announced yet and everything we share with playtesters is under an NDA. Once we’re ready to share it more widely, we will let you know.  

Everything will be in English, as the game is only available in English for the time being. We’ll be working on localization later and for now, in order to be part of our playtesters, you need to understand English.  

Yes. It is completely free to participate in a playtest and we might sometimes offer rewards and giveaways to thank you for helping us make a better game. At the end of the playtest, you will also be asked if you want to be featured in our end credits as a playtester.
